Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced, peeled zucchini
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 eggs
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat eggs and pour over rest of mixture, which is already in unbaked pie shell.
    Add top crust.
    Slit in several places.
    May spread with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon if desired.
    Bake 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
    Excellent.
    Tastes like apple pie.
