Barbecued Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. thyme
1 lb. large (21 to 25 count) shrimp
Preparation

At least 1/2 hour before grilling, heat ketchup in a pan or burner or over coals until it reaches a simmer.
Add honey, garlic, pepper sauce, red cayenne and black peppers, chili powder and thyme.
Let simmer, stirring often, for about 20 minutes.
