Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pumpkin
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
1 c. cooking oil
3 1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Grease 5 loaf pans or 4 (1 pound) coffee cans.
Fill 1/2 full.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
