Eggplant Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium eggplants
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1 (16 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
    1 pkg. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel eggplants and cut into round slices (about 1/8-inch thick). Dip in milk and egg batter, then dip in flour and fry until brown. Drain on paper towels.
