Cheese Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. biscuit mix
3/4 c. grated cheese

Preparation

Prepare biscuit mix according to package directions.
Knead on floured board for 1 minute.
Roll out into thin rectangle. Sprinkle with cheese.
Roll as for jelly roll; cut into 1/4-inch thick slices.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven until brown.
