Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    4 c. plus 4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Beat the shortening, butter, oil and sugar.
    Add one egg at a time and then vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add to batter.
    Chill 2 hours.
    Form into walnut size balls.
    Press down lightly with glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
