Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. regular Crisco
1 c. butter Crisco
1 tsp. salt
5 c. flour
1 egg
1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Cut Crisco into flour.
Add salt.
In a 1-cup measure cup, mix the egg and vinegar, then fill the cup with water.
Mix ingredients in cup, then add to flour.
(Do not mix too much.) Roll on flat surface.
Makes 5 pie crusts.
