Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white rice (not instant)
    1/2 stick butter
    1 can beef consomme or beef broth
    1 can onion soup
    1 can mushrooms (4 oz.), drained
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a meat loaf pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Serves 6.
