Garlic-Artichoke Bread - cooking recipe

all-purpose flour
1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts
1 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/4 tsp. each dried basil and oregano leaves
1 loaf frozen white bread
4 cloves garlic
Preparation

Chop artichokes and set aside marinade.
On floured board, roll dough into 12 x 18-inch rectangle.
Let rest 5 minutes. Brush half of the marinade over the dough.
Sprinkle with artichokes, 1 cup cheese, garlic, basil and oregano.
From long end, roll dough into a snug log. Pinch seam to seal. Brush log with marinade. Lightly cover with plastic wrap and set in warm place for 30 minutes.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer. Slice thinly when cooled. Serve hot or cold.
