Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
3 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. water
1 c. vegetable oil
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Beat together eggs and sugar; add pumpkin, water, oil, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and beat well. Add flour slowly, beat well. Add raisins and nuts, blend well with spoon. Pour into 4 greased and floured loaf pans, filling each 2/3 full. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Delicious served warm with butter. May be frozen after cooling.
