Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. grated zucchini, unpeeled
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Blend first
    3\tingredients.
    Sift
    dry ingredients and add eggs; mix well.
    Add zucchini, vanilla and raisins. Fill 2 greased and floured loaf
    pans
    half
    full.
    Bake\t45
    to\t55 minutes at 350\u00b0. Freezes well.
