Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated raw zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together.
    Combine rest of the ingredients, and add to the zucchini mixture, stir well, add nuts last.
    Pour mixture into loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Cool on racks.
    Freezes well.
