Ho Ho Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
6 large potatoes
2 large carrots
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. milk
2 large onions
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. sharp cheese
Preparation

Press ground beef in bottom of 2 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with milk, salt and pepper to taste.
Slice vegetables and layer on top of ground beef.
Crumble cheese on top of vegetables as you layer them.
Cover with soup.
Bake in covered dish for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until vegetables are done.
Serves 6.
