Carrot Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 carrots
    3 bananas
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, cut into pieces
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grate carrots; put aside.
    Process bananas and margarine in food processor about 20 seconds.
    Add other ingredients, except carrots and nuts.
    Process 10 seconds. Scrape sides of bowl and stir in carrots and nuts.
    Turn into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake for about 50 to 60 minutes or when tested with toothpick.
    Cool before removing from pan.
