Spicy Pineapple-Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    3 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    2 tsp. baking soda,
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 large eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. unpared, coarsely shredded zucchini
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour two 8 x 4-inch loaf pans.
    Set aside.
    In medium bowl, combine flour, nuts, baking soda, cinnamon, 1 teaspoon salt, nutmeg and baking powder. Set aside.
