Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour (self-rising)
    2 c. sugar (I use 1 3/4 c.)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 unbeaten eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. mashed bananas
    8 oz. crushed pineapple
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together with mixer on low; blend well.
    Pour into large greased tube or Bundt pan and bake for 1 hour 20 minutes.
    If using loaf pans begin testing for doneness after 30 minutes.
