Sweet Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs (at room temperature)
1 c. oil
1 c. strawberry ice cream topping
1 c. walnuts

Preparation

Mix ingredients together.
Grease two (8 x 4) loaf pans. Divide batter between the 2 pans.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans and cool thoroughly before slicing. Serve with butter or cream cheese.
