Fresh Peach Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. self-rising flour
    3 c. fresh peaches, peeled and diced
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a wooden or glass bowl with a wooden spoon. Mix all ingredients together in order listed.
    Pour into a greased and lightly floured 10-inch Bundt or pound cake pan. Bake for 1 hour or until it springs back at the touch.
    Remove from oven and let stand in pan for 10 minutes.
    Turn onto a cooling rack.
    Cool completely.
    Spoon Peach Cream Cheese Frosting over top and drizzle over sides.
