Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 c. peeled shredded zucchini
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. nut meats
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil and sugar until foamy.
    Add zucchini and vanilla; sift in dry ingredients.
    While beating well, add nuts. Divide batter into 3 pans.
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour in oven at 325\u00b0.
    Let set 10 minutes before removing from pans.
    Makes 3 small loaves.
