Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 slices white bread
1 doz. eggs
1 c. milk
1 lb. sausage, browned
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Place bread in bottom of an 8 x 10-inch pan.
Mix eggs and milk together and pour over bread.
Sprinkle with cut sausage, drained, on top.
Top this with shredded cheese.
Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Uncover and bake for 15 minutes.
Let stand a few minutes before serving.
