Sour Cream Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. lemon extract
approximately 2 c. flour

Preparation

Mix egg, sugar and sour cream well.
Sift dry ingredients together and mix with egg mixture.
When you add the flour it will make a soft dough.
Roll out 1/2 inch thick.
Cut out cookies and place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
