Banana Coconut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1 c. coconut, toasted
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. margarine
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda, salt and baking powder together.
    Beat sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
    Blend in flour mixture. Add milk, bananas, lemon juice and almond extract; stir, then add the toasted coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes in well-greased and floured bread pan.
    Remove from pan and cool on rack.
