Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 c. flour
4 eggs, well beaten
3 tsp. soda, mixed with 3 tsp. milk
2 lb. dates, chopped
2 lb. pecans, chopped
1 lb. candied cherries, chopped
1 lb. candied pineapple, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
8 Tbsp. whiskey
Preparation

Chop fruit and nuts and set aside.
Take 1 cup flour and mix with fruit to keep it from sticking together. Mix all other ingredients together.
Pour into fruit, adding whiskey last.
Mix well.
Drop by teaspoons onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
