Stuffed Meat Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 egg
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    salt and pepper
    diced onion
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
    black olives (optional)
Preparation
    Combine hamburger, egg, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, onion and basil.
    Flatten meat out in a square until meat is about 3/8-inch thick.
    Sprinkle grated cheese and vegetables on meat.
    Roll up into a loaf.
    Make sure all areas are patched so cheese doesn't seep out during baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with scalloped potatoes and Italian-style green beans.
