Succotash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. diced celery
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 (No. 2) can cut green beans
1 (No. 2) can cream-style corn
2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. salt or to taste
Preparation

Simmer celery and chopped onion until tender in the liquid drained from beans.
The liquid, by this time, should be almost evaporated.
Add corn, drained beans, pimiento, milk and butter. Simmer until thoroughly heated.
Salt to suit taste and serve at once.
Makes 5 servings.
