Stir 'N Drop Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. lemon rind
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Press with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    If you use plain flour, add 2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
