Best Ever Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    3 c. flour
    2 c. grated zucchini, unpeeled
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except zucchini until well blended.
    Add zucchini and stir until evenly distributed with mix.
    Bake in two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans which have been well-greased at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
