Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. caraway seed
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. margarine (melted after measuring)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    In a bowl, put flour, baking soda and salt.
    Add caraway seed, sugar and raisins.
    Mix the butter, eggs and buttermilk.
    Stir into flour mixture.
    Form into round loaf.
    Place in 2-quart casserole or 2 loaf pans.
    Sprinkle top of loaf with flour and cut a cross in top with knife.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
