Snicker Bar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. peanuts
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix cake as directed on package.
    Pour half of batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0; remove.
