Cinnamon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 egg
    1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Stir yeast into warm water in a large bowl.
    Heat together the milk, shortening, 1/4 cup sugar and salt to about 110\u00b0.
    Add to yeast.
    Beat in 1 cup flour and egg.
    Beat in as much remaining flour as possible.
    Knead in remaining for about 8 to 10 minutes. Place dough in a large greased bowl.
    Cover with wet paper towel; let rise in warm place (85\u00b0) until doubled, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Punch dough down, then turn out onto lightly floured surface.
    Cover with towel again for 10 minutes.
    Roll piece of dough into a 15 x 7-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon.
    Roll up like a jelly roll from the narrow side; pinch edges to seal.
    Place the roll in a greased 9 1/4 x 5 1/4 x 2 3/4-inch loaf pan; let rise until doubled.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
