Italian Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Italian sausage
    1/2 lb. Muenster cheese
    6 eggs
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 pkg. crescent dinner rolls
Preparation
    Remove skin from sausage links and brown in oil.
    Chop Mozzarella and Muenster cheeses into 1/4-inch chunks.
    Beat eggs and add cheeses and sausage.
    Line 9 x 13-inch pan (glass if you have it) with 1/2 of crescent rolls over bottom and up the sides like a pie.
    Pour mixture on top.
    Cover with rest of the rolls. Brush a beaten egg over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Don't separate the rolls, just sort of pat them in and on the casserole.
