Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, combine flour and brown sugar.
Cut in butter until mixture forms fine crumbs.
Reserve 1 cup crumb mixture for topping.
Press remainder over bottom of ungreased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0
oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
