Harvest Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves Baggett bread
    olive oil
    onions, thin sliced
    medium Roma tomatoes, thin sliced
    Feta cheese
    Parmesan cheese
    black pepper to taste
    olives
Preparation
    Slice bread into 1-inch thick slices. Place in a pan. Drizzle slices heavy with olive oil. Place onions and tomatoes on top of bread. Add Feta and Parmesan cheese liberally on top with black pepper. Put under broiler until golden brown. Slice olives on top. Serve hot.
