Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese (cream)
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    dash of cayenne pepper (if desired)
Preparation
    Place chopped peppers, onion and pineapple on paper towel to absorb liquid.
    Blend ingredients well.
    Chill at least 1/2 hour. Shape into ball.
    Roll in chopped nuts.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
