Brown Sugar Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. white sugar
    1 lb. light brown sugar
    5 large eggs
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream
    butter
    and
    shortening;
    add
    sugars
    and cream again. Add
    eggs.
    Sift dry ingredients; add alternately with milk.
    Add vanilla and nuts.\tBake in greased and floured pan for 1 hour and 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Cool in pan.
