Orange Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 c. sifted flour
3 Tbsp. orange rind, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. orange juice
4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
-
Cream butter; slowly add sugar and mix thoroughly.
Add orange rind and well-beaten egg.
Add orange juice and milk alternately with flour, baking powder and salt which have been sifted together.
Mix thoroughly.
Let stand 30 minutes.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
