Best Bread Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. active dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. malted milk powder
    1 tsp. salt
    4 to 4 1/2 c. flour (stir and measure)
Preparation
    In large bowl, soften yeast and honey in warm water.
    Add malted milk powder and salt.
    Blend.
    Add flour gradually.
    Blend until dough pulls away from side of bowl to form a ball.
    Divide dough into 12 pieces.
    Roll between hands or on floured pastry board the size and length you wish.
    Place on greased baking sheets.
    Brush with beaten egg.
    Sprinkle with desired seasoning (coarse salt, sesame seed, Parmesan cheese, etc.).
    Rise 15 minutes if desired.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown.
