2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
3 c. peeled chopped tart apples
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation

Mix sugar and oil; beat in eggs. Add flour, spice and flavoring. Mix well. Stir in apples and nuts. Batter will be very thick. Spread in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle chips on top. Bake 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
