Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 (No. 2) can pumpkin
    1 3/4 c. oil
    4 large eggs
    3 c. flour
    2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients well, then add the remaining ingredients.
    Bake in loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean).
    Very moist, almost cake-like texture.
