Berry Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. butter
2 eggs
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
1 (9-inch) pastry shell (use deep dish)
Preparation

Cream together syrup, flour and butter.
Add eggs, corn syrup, salt and vanilla; beat until well blended.
Stir in pecans and cranberries.
Pour into unbaked pastry shell.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 60 to 70 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
May serve with whipped cream on top.
