Lemon Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. melted butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. almond extract
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 tsp. grated lemon
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar, beat in eggs, one at a time.
Add dry ingredients with milk, then add grated lemon and almond extract. Bake at 350\u00b0 until toothpick comes out clean.
Use 9 x 5-inch loaf pan, greased.
