Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1/2 c. sugar plus 2 Tbsp.
    8 oz. plain nonfat yogurt
    2 eggs, separated
    7 oz. can whole kernel golden sweet corn, undrained
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease 1 or 2-quart baking pan.
