Ingredients

1 pkg. scalloped potatoes
1 can tomatoes
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
1 (4 oz.) pkg. pepperoni
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Empty potatoes in 2-quart casserole. Heat next 3 ingredients along with flavoring from potato package to boiling.
Pour over potatoes.
Arrange pepperoni on top then sprinkle cheese.
Bake.
