Ingredients

2 c. chopped pecans
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 lb. brown sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. allspice
2 Tbsp. milk
1 lb. margarine
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In a large bowl mix sugars with margarine.
Mix in dry ingredients.
Add eggs and milk.
Stir in flour.
Add nuts.
Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Spoon onto cookie sheet 2-inches apart with teaspoon.
Bake until slightly browned around edges (about 5 to 7 minutes).
Remove from sheet and place cookies on cooling rack.
Makes about 6 dozen.
