Truffle Cookies(Yield: 6 Dozen Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. Unsweetened Chocolate, chopped
    6 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter, cut into small pieces
    2 cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips
    1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
    2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (not Dutch)
    1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1 cup Sugar
    3 Large Eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Preparation
    1. Melt unsweetened chocolate, butter and 1 cup chocolate chips in a heavy 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally.
    Let cool.
