Dessert Drink - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lemon slices
    3 cinnamon sticks
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    2 cloves
    3 Tbsp. dark rum
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. honey
    4 c. strong black coffee, hot
    3/4 c. heavy cream, whipped
    granulated sugar
    dash of cinnamon
Preparation
    Coat rims of 4 tall stemmed glasses with lemon.
    Dip in granulated sugar and set aside.
    Place remaining ingredients except cream and cinnamon in 12-cup casserole.
    Microwave 2 minutes, uncovered.
    Pour into glasses and top with dollops of whipped cream.
    Sprinkle with dash of cinnamon and serve immediately.
