Coffee Can Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    4 to 4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix warm water and yeast until yeast dissolves.
    Add sugar, salt, oil and milk.
    Add 4 cups of flour (add more, up to 4 1/2 cups as needed).
    Fill 2 well-greased coffee cans half full.
    Set plastic tops on cans while dough rises.
    When dough reaches tops, about 1 hour, bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes. Remove from cans.
