Zucchini Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, well beaten
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. zucchini (add later)
3/4 c. chopped pecans (add later)
Preparation

Sift together all dry ingredients; set aside.
Mix together all wet ingredients, then add the dry ingredients into wet BY HAND (DO NOT USE MIXER).
Then add zucchini, chopped fine and chopped pecans.
