Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat egg whites and salt until stiff. Gradually add sugar; beat until peaks form.
Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Place in oven; turn oven off.
Leave in overnight until the next morning.
