Bread Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf white bread
    3 onions
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. fresh minced parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 tsp. thyme (powdered)
    1 tsp. bell seasoning
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine in frying pan.
    Add onions, celery and parsley; saute until tender.
    Run slices of bread under cold water until moist (not soaking) and mash with hands.
    When mixed well, add onions, celery, parsley and spices; mix well with a large spoon. Put in roasting pan around chicken or turkey about 1 1/2 hours before meat is done.
    Baste with juices of meat occasionally for flavor and moistness.
    Seasoning may be adjusted to suit your taste.
